2008 Coaches vs. Cancer Event -

In early September, a local 4th grader at Saunemin Grade School, Hunter Gerdes, was diagnosed with Leukemia.  Currently at St. Judes Hospital in Memphis, TN, Hunter is looking at a 6 month stay for treatment.  A Coaches vs. Cancer dinner is scheduled for Sunday, October 26, to raise funds for Hunter's family, and for cancer research at St. Judes.

2008 I-55 Shootout at the Shirk -

In its 4th year this December, the Shootout brings 10 Jr. High schools from Central Illinois to Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, for 10 games of Jr. High basketball.

2009 Winter Baseball Camp -

February 15, is the date for the first I-55 Winter Baseball Camp at the Game Time Gym in Bloomington.  Former professional players along with collegiate, H.S., & Jr. High coaches from across the state will conduct the camp for students in 2nd thru 8th grades.

Our signature event, bringing basketball coaches from all across the state to one location to listen to some of the best basketball clinicians from the collegiate and high school levels.

2009 Basketball Camp -

In its 11th year in 2009, the I-55/I-57 Basketball Camp features a 1 to 6 camper/counselor ratio for boys and girls entering 4th thru 8th grades.
