LANCE RANDALL - LOYOLA-CHICAGO UNIVERSITY - TOPIC - BUILDING TEAM TOUGHNESS

After leading Oshkosh West High School to back-to-back Wisconsin state titles, Lance Randall returned to the collegiate ranks as an Assistant Coach at Loyola-Chicago.  Randall guided Oshkosh West to consecutive state crowns in 2006 and 2007, after taking over the program prior to the 2005 campaign. In three seasons at Oshkosh West, he led his teams to a staggering 71-3 record and a pair of state titles.  Prior to his stint as the head coach at Oshkosh West, Randall was an assistant coach at Saint Louis University, where he helped the Billikens to a pair of National Invitation Tournament appearances and the team’s best-ever finish in Conference USA. Randall also was the head coach at Webster University in St. Louis, Mo., where he helped pilot the Gorloks to their first-ever NCAA Division III Tournament appearance and St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title in 1999-2000. In addition to leaving Webster as the school’s all-time winningest coach, Randall was a twotime SLIAC Coach of the Year honoree.

The Cougars have won 37 of their last 40 games and have extended their home court winning streak to 21. Coach Luther has achieved 474 career victories. His 13 Zone Offense is his most requested presentation. You will not want to miss this session as the 13 can be put into any program, any level.
